AQUALYX™ is an injectable treatment of 12alfa-dihydroxy-5beta-24-oico cholanic acid sodium salts, a form of injection lipolysis, lipotherapy or intralipotherapy which creates body contouring shape.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
alters the surface tension of the fat cell membrane and increases the permeability of the membrane. An ultrasound device is then applied over the surface of the skin in the targeted area and this causes the movement of liquids both inside and outside the fat cells. The fat cells start to balloon and break up, leading to the drainage of micro droplets of fatty liquid into the body, which is then metabolised through the lymphatic system and excreted.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING THE PROCEDURE?
A local anaesthetic will be used alongside the AQUALYX™ injection. The practitioner will use an ultrasound device in conjunction to assist in the dissipation of the fat cells.

SIDE EFFECTS
Minimal side effects have been reported to the manufacturer and no major side effects.These include redness, swelling and slight discomfort shortly after the procedure, these tend to resolve in a few days. Occasionally some people experience light bruising.
AM I SUITABLE?
Not suitable for women who are pregnant or breast feeding. If you are diagnosed with lipodystrophy or any pathological conditions or skin infections.
It should only be used in people aged 18 - 60.
Plasma Fibroblasting
WHAT IS PLASMA FIBROBLASTING?
A non-surgical lift and wrinkle removal method.
Performed with a cordless plasma energy pen which turns gas in the air to a solid. As a result, it creates a series of small dots along the tension lines in the skin, triggering an instant tightening of the skin which also promotes collagen build up in the area. Fibroblast is virtually painless and doesn’t require anaesthesia.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PROCEDURE?
Dots will begin to fall off between 5-7 days after treatment. The skin will build up collagen that will continue for 6-8weeks. An immediate result is visible immediately after treatment. The result lasts ideally 1.5-2 years.

Microblading
WHAT IS MICROBLADING?
A form of tattoo artistry where pigment is implanted under your skin with a manual handheld tool instead of a machine, hair like strokes to mimic your natural brow hair. As an expert in HD brows, the shape of your brow will be created to perfection, accenting your natural brow line and creating a thicker brow, ideal for clients with thin or faint brows.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
The procedure feel like small scratches, numbing cream may be applied. Results can last up to 3 years, although top-ups may be required. Brows will look darker initially and fade up to 40%. Slight redness and swelling are normal post procedure. A scab will form over the area, which is important to keep intact as it preserves the colour underneath, this may be a little itchy.
Nouveau Lvl Enhance Lashes
WHAT ARE LVL LASHES?
Perfect for clients who want their own natural lashes to stand out without applying makeup everyday. LVL lashes are a combined tint and lash perm treatment.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Your eyes will be closed and our practitioner will apply tint and serum to the eye lashes, this will be given time to work its magic and then be removed. LVL should be painless and should last 6-8 weeks.
Dermaplaning
WHAT IS DERMAPLANING?
An exfoliating treatment that removes dead skin cells and baby hairs from your face. Making your skin glow and unclogging your pores.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
A sterile surgical blade is used at a 45 degree angle and is glided over the face to remove dead skin cells a small hairs. It is a painless procedure.
IS IT SUITABLE FOR ME?
Dermaplaning is safe for virtually everyone. However, you should avoid it if you have a tan, sunburn, active acne, a flaring rosacea breakout, or an inflammatory skin condition such as eczema or psoriasis. People with deep acne scarring should be aware that if the skin is uneven there is a higher chance of nicking the skin during the procedure. If you have cold sores there is a risk of reactivating the virus that causes them so you may need to get an anti-viral from your Dr.
WHAT IS MICRODERMABRASION?
What is microdermabrasion? The SkinBase™ Facial microdermabrasion treatment uses a stream of non-allergenic crystals to remove your skin’s outermost layers of dead cells. Your therapist will use the handset to direct the stream of crystal over the treatment area and, where necessary, target specific zones. The handset then uses a mild suction to draw away the crystal and skin debris to reveal your new and improved complexion.
WHAT DOES IT TREAT?
Microdermabrasion treats a variety of skin related problems including acne and acne scarring, dull and tired skin, pigmentation, blemishes and the effects of ageing skin including wrinkles and fine lines.
During a course of treatments, wrinkles and fine lines will disappear, acne and acne scarring will be significantly reduced and dull and tired skin will be restored to glowing health.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
The skin feeling tight, occasionally with a mild redness. These effects will normally subside within 24 hours of the treatment. Sometimes microdermabrasion can trigger a healing crisis in problematic skin, such as an acne breakout in acne sufferers or pimples for those with congested skin. This is a sign that the treatment is taking effect. This temporary reaction will subside and great improvements will be seen over subsequent treatments.
